I'm an IT support and customer operations professional based in Dublin, with hands-on experience across retail systems support, first-line technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing service delivery in high-volume, fast-paced environments. I hold a Master's in Computing from Griffith College Dublin and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics and Electronics from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
Day to day, I work across ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira), Active Directory, Office 365, and POS/hardware troubleshooting — alongside a genuine track record in sales and direct customer engagement. Outside of work, I build independent hardware/software projects, including a computer-vision-based assistive device for visually impaired users. I'm comfortable learning new systems quickly, working independently, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
